3. Customer Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for: - Ensuring that tasks automated via NeuraNav Technology LTD comply with all applicable regulations. - The accuracy and legality of data input into the system. - Managing any access credentials, login details, or task configurations provided to the Service. - Applying appropriate safeguards when automating workflows that involve sensitive information, including personal or financial data.
4. Service Availability
We strive to maintain uptime and service reliability but make no guarantees as to uninterrupted access or error-free performance. Scheduled or emergency maintenance may occur without notice.
5. No Warranties
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeuraNav Technology LTD, its affiliates, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: - Loss of data - Business interruption - Loss of profits or revenue - Security breaches resulting from misconfiguration or user error - Errors or inaccuracies in automation outcomes resulting from user-defined workflows Use of the Service involves artificial intelligence, which may result in occasional misinterpretation or unintended task execution. While we strive for high accuracy and reliability, users should implement appropriate controls and validations, particularly when automating workflows involving sensitive, regulated, or financial data. You acknowledge these inherent risks and waive any claims against NeuraNav arising from unintended consequences or damages related to the use of the Service.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NeuraNav Technology LTD and its affiliates against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising in connection with the Service or these Terms.

11. Enterprise Agreements
Enterprise customers may be subject to custom terms governed by a separate written agreement signed between the parties (such as a Master Services Agreement or Data Processing Agreement). In the event of any conflict between this document and such agreement, the terms of the signed enterprise agreement shall prevail.
